The letter board can fit a surprisingly large amount of words. If you have a very large menu, we recommend choosing the A1 size board at it has the most space to fit letters.

While we do everything we can to make sure you aren’t charged, we have no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied when the parcel reaches your destination country and for which you will be liable. These customs charges can also cause delays.
Our menu boards are built to last for years. The frame is made from high-quality powder-coated steel, and the board itself is aluminium making it super hardwearing. The wall bracket ensures your board is securely fixed to your wall.
Yes! You don't have to mount your menu board to the wall or ceiling. Many of our customers choose to display their menu on a wall shelf, an easel, or lean it against something.
Our top tips:
– The boards can fit quite a lot of words, but don’t cram everything together – spacing is important.
– The letter tiles are reversible, so break up blocks of text by alternating the letter tile colours.
– Have fun with it. You don't have to align all the text to the left or right. Get creative with your design!
If you want some help, email us an image of your menu and we'll provide some suggestions.
We’ve carefully calculated the amount of characters you’ll need to comfortably create a menu, so you should have more than enough letters to last the long run. But just for some added peace of mind, you can always buy more letters from us.
It’s very easy. The menu board is pre-assembled and comes in one piece. Your menu comes with an installation guide that will help you every step of the way. If you need further help, you can always send an email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Yes, we manufacture our menu boards in-house which means there is no limit to the amount of menu boards we can make. If you'd like to place a large order with us, please send an email to email@example.com before ordering for accurate lead times.
Sometimes customers need their menu board to protrude from the wall or ceiling at a certain depth. If you need a custom pole length please let us know before you place your order. Simply measure the depth of the poles you need and get in touch with the dimensions. We'll then make the rails to your custom measurements.
Yes, if you are in the UK. If you are within a 40 mile radius of our postcode SG6 (which includes most of London) the cost of installation is £250. We can also fit outside of that radius, with price depending on distance.

On average, each board weights between 4-6kg.
Yes. Our posters are matte laminated, which protects your poster from water. The posters can also wiped clean.
The letter tiles are made with card, then laminated with plastic for added strength. However, we don't recommend displaying your menu board outside permanently or when it's raining. The menu boards are water resistant, and should be wiped clean with a damp cloth from time to time.
Yes, you can. When you order more than one rail kit, we send you 'T' joining brackets for connecting the rails together.
The railing can be fixed onto either a wall or a ceiling – it’s up to you.

Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping notification via email. If you're having trouble tracking your order, don't hesitate to drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org. We only ship on business days, so orders placed on Friday after 12:30pm BST or over the weekend will ship out on Monday morning.
You can change or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing the order. Please contact us with your request.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You are responsible for covering the cost of shipping the item back to Bonboard. If you are shipping an item over £80/$100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or insuring the parcel.
To complete your return, please contact us and we'l generate a returns form which you'll need to print out and include in your parcel. Please note that we cannot accept returns for customised products.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
